fried Omelet balls




Ingredients :


1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
6 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup plain flour
1 sweet pepper, washed and grated
1/2 teaspoon salt (as desired)
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice (as desired)
1/4 teaspoon ground chilly papper
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
lemon zest
2 cups vegetable oil


How to make :
  1. Wash chopped parsley and drain well. Mix chopped onions, salt, spices, parsley, chopped sweet pepper and zucchini.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour with baking powder then add to vegetable mixture.
  3. Blend eggs in seperate bowl, stir-in lemon zest. Add mixture to vegetable mixture and stir.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, pour in a spoonful of omelet.
  5. Turn over each ball till it is golden-brown from both sides. (repeat it, until finish)
  6. Serve balls warm with salad and fried potatoes.
